He served two terms as Meridian City Council President and later as Executive Director of MDC, Meridian's urban renewal agency, leading property acquisition and disposition.

A results-driven entrepreneur with expertise in business, development, training, marketing and sales. In real estate since 2014, Heath is owner of NextHome Treasure Valley in Meridian and Vision Property Management, a family-owned business serving short- and long-term rental owners.

In commercial real estate since graduating from Boise State in 2021, Josh grew up around his family's property management company in Southern California. Industrial is his specialty, with experience across office and retail leasing, buying and selling.

An expert in airplane hangars and pre-engineered metal buildings, Jonathan was Head of Business Development for Tetra Steel Worx, leading custom corporate hangar and airpark hangar-home projects. He brings deep insight into aviation real estate trends and regulation.

Rachel Overman is a commercial real estate professional with experience in the industry dating back to 2018. Specializing in land acquisitions, development opportunities, and investment properties, Rachel brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to every transaction.

With experience spanning multifamily, industrial, mixed-use developments, and master-planned communities, Rachel understands the complexities of real estate investment, from initial site selection and financial feasibility to entitlements and project execution.
