Information you provide
Inquiry forms collect your contact details, inquiry type, location, property information and message. Land inquiries may include optional parcel information.
Use and access
VIP Commercial stores inquiries securely for responding to your request and managing follow-up. Only authorized administrators can access the lead dashboard. Inquiry details are not displayed publicly. When enabled, inquiry details are also emailed to heath@vipcre.com through our managed email service for follow-up. Inquiries remain stored if email delivery fails.
Privacy and safety
Do not submit account numbers, identification documents or confidential financial records. Spam checks use a hashed request-address bucket rather than storing your raw address in lead records. Successful-submission tracking includes the inquiry type, not your name, email, phone or message.
