After graduating from the University of Idaho, Shaun helped grow the Idaho Athletic Club into the state's largest fitness provider, leading new site acquisition and development until its acquisition by Crunch Fitness in 2017. He served two terms as Meridian City Council President and later as Executive Director of MDC, Meridian's urban renewal agency, leading property acquisition and disposition.

A results-driven entrepreneur with expertise in business, development, training, marketing and sales. In real estate since 2014, Heath is owner of NextHome Treasure Valley in Meridian and Vision Property Management, a family-owned business serving short- and long-term rental owners.
